• Maximum Win: A maximum win limit per single bet may apply in certain markets.
• Incorrect Odds: If incorrect odds are offered due to an obvious error, e98 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Multiple Bets: Placing bets from multiple accounts on the same event to exploit the system is prohibited.

E98 reserves the right to accept or refuse any bet. If suspicious betting patterns are detected, winnings may be withheld pending investigation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on e98. Violations may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances:

• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Money Laundering: Attempting to launder illicit funds through the gaming platform.
• Software Hacking: Use of bots, scripts, automation software, or hacking tools.
• Collusion: Collusion between multiple players to strategically defraud the system or other players.
• False Identity: Registering with a false name, age, or identity document.
• Use of Third-Party Funds: Depositing using another person's account or card.
• Bonus Fraud: Attempting to exploit the system to claim excess bonuses.

E98 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of the Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Suspicious financial activity or suspected money laundering.
• Account inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Court order or directive from a regulatory authority.

Users may request account closure at any time. Any valid balance at the time of closure will be refunded after verification, provided no violations have occurred. A monthly maintenance fee may be deducted from inactive accounts.
